Payment

SHOP: After you have placed your order you will need to enter a billing and delivery address.

You can pay online through PayPal and be taken to a secure payment site. You do not need a PayPal account and will be able to choose to pay with your bank or credit card.

We will send you a payment confirmation once your payment was authorised.

We will also send an order acceptance.

When the customer has placed an order on the website, a purchase agreement has been entered into between the customer and Anny. The order confirmation is also the receipt that the purchase has been completed.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided, such as email, name and address is correct and up to date.

The customer can cancel their order up until it has been confirmed by Anny. It is impossible to cancel an order, once we began working on it.

PER MAIL: The same as in the shop except that we will request the required informations via email.

We will only confirm orders per email once we ensured that we can create the required order.

Delivery

VAT within Europe will not be included due to Kleinunternehmer Regelung.

For orders outside Europe VAT will not be included.

As most of the products for sale are hand made to order please allow 14 to 30 days for delivery. We will not take longer than 30 days. If the order should be delayed further than that, the customer will receive a refund. A confirmation email will be sent when we receive your order and once the goods have been dispatched. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch of the goods.

COMMISSIONS & COLLABORATION: The circumstances for delivery, delivery date and price will be individually arranged upon contract.

COACHING: will be delivered via Zoom.

Shipping

SHOP: We offer free shipping worldwide.

The customer is responsible for any custom duties being paid to the customs or equivalent authorities in the country to which the products are finally delivered.

COMMISSION & COLLABORATION: Free shipping for textiles worldwide. All other products upon individual offer.

Force Majeure

Anny shall be exempt from damages and other measures if the performance of the agreement is prevented or delayed by any circumstance beyond our control, e.g. extreme weather, new / amended legislation, absent permits, war, fire, flood, labor market disturbances, technical problems, sabotage, unfavorable transport, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders as well delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. Anny shall inform the customer accordingly if any such circumstances should arise, and if the situation has lasted more than six weeks, both the customer and Anny have the rights to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

Returns & Refunds

If a product is faulty or damaged, you must tell us within 24 hours by sending a picture and reason to contact@anny-kohl.com and to the shipping company. We might ask you to return the damaged item (on our costs). We will contact you as quick as possible and either replace the damaged item or refund. If we are charged a fee by your card provider we may need to pass this cost onto you. 

Prising & Description

All goods sold by Anny are hand made and will reflect that fact in their quality. We would like to point out that natural fabrics will always contain slight imperfections and printing and painting by hand can cause some irregularities in pattern or colour. These are characteristics of the process which add to their charm and should not be treated as defects.

Each product is sold subject to its product description and though all care will be taken that the details are accurate please allow for slight discrepancies from the photos shown and bear in mind that not all browsers show colour accurately.

Where possible goods are signed and are in limited editions. We hope that you will enjoy your items but if you have any problems please contact anny@anny-kohl.com and we will do our best to help.

General

If the customer has created an account on Anny, the customer undertakes to ensure that no one, except the customer, uses the customer’s log-in details. The customer may not disclose their username or password to any person and shall ensure that any documentation with information about username and password is kept in such a way that unauthorized persons may not access the information. The customer shall notify Anny without delay if it may be suspected that any unauthorized person has obtained access to the customer’s password. The customer is responsible for all purchases made with the Customer’s log-in details if the customer has not provided such notification.

Agreement

By accepting the terms & conditions, you are agreeing that you have read all our policies of sale contained therein.

Coaching Agreement

RESPONSIBILITY

Anny will support the client on the goal agreed on, prior to the coaching.

You, as the client, are responsible for your actions and activities. It is the clients responsibility to ensure the physical and mental condition neccessary for any alternative movement sessions like Alexander Technique or personal coaching.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All content and recordings (if requested by the client) will be kept confidental and no third party will have access to. Please, note that Zoom stores recordings on it’s servers.

SCHEDULING

All coachings sessions are scheduled in advance. Sessions must be cancelled 12hrs in advance or they will be fully charged.

Should the client show up late to a session, the time can not be refunded or added later.

Should Anny show up late or have to cancel a session without giving an alternative date, the payment will be refunded.

INTELLECTUAL & Creative Property

All rights for developed ideas and projects stay with the client all coaching content rights must not be shared with a third party and are property of Anny.

Commissions & Collaborations

Once the client reached out via email, Anny will get in touch and schedule a “get to know” call or Zoom. In some cases email contact might be enough.

All requests and offers made throughout the brainstorming or sample services are copyright to each party ans must be kept confidential.

Should Anny be able to accept the project request, an individual offer and agreement will be developed. Including time frame, payment plan, creative agreement, copyrights and licensing, and all other details.

Once both parties have signed the offer by Anny, the contract is binding.

In the case of no individual contracts, the agreements are on the term that the copyright stays with Anny. The payment for usage and the terms of usage are an anual agreement. The hourly design fee is € 89,00. The anual fee for landing page and up to 3 pages is 120€.
