Among the many remarkable mentors I have been lucky to have, David Gorman has been one of the most influential. An artist, anatomist, and creator of the LearningMethods™ approach, he developed a way of working that has been my primary tool for transformation—bringing instant clarity and change where other methods could not.
This approach starts with the individual’s own experience—what they are feeling, thinking, and perceiving—and serves as a personal guide to uncover the root causes of any challenge, whether emotional, physical, or creative.
It has helped countless people worldwide shift long-standing patterns in the very moment they occur, restoring natural balance and unlocking new possibilities.
David mentored me as an Alexander Technique teacher, LearningMethods™ teacher, and friend. His sharp humor, insight, and curiosity made it safe to face even the most difficult truths, and his guidance became the foundation for my own The Artists Coaching work.
